Work Samples:
Please attach 4-5 examples of representative items to be sold at the event. Applicants are also encouraged to submit an artist resume (but resume is not required). Please upload digital images of samples here. If accepted these images may be used for promotional use.
Participation Fee:
If you are accepted to participate, you will receive a contract to sign and return to Stevens Square Community Organization with your $45 dollar fee. There will be a $60 participation fee for applications submitted after FRIDAY, MARCH 21st.
Your participation fee entitles you to one 10’x10’ space for both days, if you do not have enough work to fill this space you may share with up to 2 other artists. Each additional artist adds $15 to the participation fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations.
Once your signed contract and fee is received, your space will be reserved. In order to have your name included in event publicity you must return your contract and fee by FRIDAY, APRIL 18th.
YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENT, TABLES, AND CHAIRS. Feel free to be creative (and low cost!) with your display.
