Proposal Description:

Please attach a file of your concept proposal here. Make sure to include materials and amount of space desired.

Work Samples:

Artist resumes, sketches, and past work samples (For example, a representation of another public art installation, or samples of work in other media) are encouraged but not required. To submit a work sample and/or an artist resume please attach digital images of these samples. If accepted these images may be used for promotional use.

Application/contract deadline:

Applications due FRIDAY, MARCH 21st.

If you are accepted to participate, you will receive a contract to sign and return to Stevens Square Community by FRIDAY, APRIL 18th.
